Cardan shaft alignment with the shaft in place. In the past shafts were traditionally disassembled in order to perform the alignment job. Jim Jackson of Heartland Industrial Solutions used Pruftechnik Cardan Brackets and Pruftechnik Rotalign Ultra iS to perform this alignment. This was a variable speed drive with a max speed of 3600 RPM. Setup, measurement and corrected to excellent tolerances within 45 minutes!!
