Heartland Industrial Solutions has been the exclusive distributor of Pruftechnik products since 1998.
Based out of Cincinnati, OH, Heartland Industrial Solutions LLC is the exclusive representative for Pruftechnik in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana(condition monitoring). We are a master distributor for CTC in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana; exclusive distributor of Alkitronic in Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana, as well as a nationwide distributor of Alkitronic.
We are alignment specialists who represent state-of-the-art laser shaft alignment systems with the most professional personal care. In addition, we provide precision measurement systems for exact measurement of machine tools, machine trains, machine and engine bores and a host of other precision measurement requirements. Additionally, everyone on the Heartland staff is (at a minimum) a Level 1 Certified Vibration Analyst and represents the entire line of Pruftechnik vibration and condition monitoring equipment.

Jim Jackson
MACHINE RELIABILITY CONSULTANT
Jim graduated from Xavier University with a BS in Business Administration, focused in Marketing. He began his maintenance career as an aircraft technician in the US ARMY working on a variety of helicopters. After being commissioned, Jim went to flight school where he became an Aircraft Maintenance Officer. In 1991 he retired from the Indiana Army National Guard, and has since been focused on industrial maintenance sales, consultation, and training. Heartland Industrial Solutions LLC was born in 1998 via the vision of both Jim & David Jackson. He has his CAT 1 vibration certificate and is experienced in alignment of rotating equipment over a wide range of applications and industries. Jim is an avid boater and enjoys being entertained by his grandchildren.
Tim Jackson
MACHINE RELIABILITY CONSULTANT
Tim graduated from The University of Saint Francis in 1999 with a BS in Business Management. He began working for Heartland Industrial Solutions in 2002 and his responsibilities include customers throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, and Indiana. Tim is a Cat II Vibration Analyst and a member of the SMRP Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Chapter. On-site training with high end alignment applications and field balancing are his favorite parts of the job. Tim enjoys attending his kid’s sporting events, spending family time at Lake Cumberland, and exploring all that Cincinnati/OTR has to offer.
David Jackson
MACHINE RELIABILITY CONSULTANT
David graduated from Indiana University with a BS in Management and Public Affairs. He began providing service and alignment consulting in 1994, and his responsibilities include customers throughout Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. He has his CAT 1 vibration certificate and is a member of the Vibration Institute, Chicago Chapter. A retired youth softball, baseball and basketball coach; David describes himself as just regular guy who likes to fish, golf and eat foods that aren’t necessarily good for him.
Dan Jackson
MACHINE RELIABILITY CONSULTANT
Dan earned Associates degrees in both Business Management and Radiologic Studies, and has a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University. Dan spent 20 years in the Air Force Reserve as a medic, and was deployed twice before retiring in 2018. He joined the Heartland team in 2016 to help facilitate and expand sales in their growing territories. He is currently in the process of obtaining his CAT 1 vibration certificate and has gained a vast amount of knowledge in alignment of rotating equipment. Dan enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
